This role combines strong delivery leadership with big-picture thinking. You will challenge the status quo, work with audit teams to redesign processes and turn complex data and audit requirements into scalable, well-governed solutions. You will have day-to-day ownership of client delivery, including quality, prioritisation, resource allocation, stakeholder communication and the timely escalation of risks and issues. You will guide and develop Senior Data Analysts and the wider team. You will also collaborate with counterparts in other countries and with global product teams to share ideas, scale successful approaches and identify opportunities for solutions developed in Ireland to have broader application. Qualifications and Experience: • Strong technical understanding of data transformation, automation, reconciliation and analytics, with experience using Alteryx or KNIME, SQL and Python, together with ThoughtSpot or comparable analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau. • Experience reviewing technical workflows, automated solutions and outputs, with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, controls, documentation and explainability. • Proven experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities, with strong delivery management, stakeholder communication and risk escalation skills. • Demonstrated ability to challenge established processes, think strategically and translate complex business, data or assurance problems into practical and scalable solutions. • Experience leading, coaching and developing team members, including providing technical guidance and constructive review. • Accounting, audit or external assurance experience is desirable but not essential. Strong data, technology, transformation or financial systems experience may be equally relevant. • Experience working across countries, functions or global product teams would be an advantage. What does success look like? • Digital Audit delivery is consistently high quality, with workflows, products and outputs appropriately reviewed, tested, documented and fit for purpose. • Audit teams see a meaningful improvement in how large and complex audits are executed, with redesigned processes and digital solutions improving quality, efficiency and insight. • Data acquisition is planned and managed effectively, with issues in ERP, fund administrator or other third-party data identified early and resolved through clear ownership and robust validation. • The delivery pipeline, team capacity, dependencies and risks are visible and actively managed, enabling key deadlines to be met and issues to be escalated early. • Senior Data Analysts and the wider team receive effective leadership, coaching and challenge, and take increasing ownership of complex delivery. • Ideas and successful solutions are shared internationally, with Ireland contributing to global product direction and locally developed solutions considered for broader application. • The role helps shape the future of digital audit delivery by combining ambitious transformation, scalable innovation, strong governance and dependable execution. #LI-LM1
