The Service & Sales Advisor plays a key role in our team to ensure AIB can deliver exceptional service to their customers each day. The position is customer facing and a full time, office-based role. Key Accountabilities: • Be responsible for driving an excellent customer experience and achieving agreed service standards, working with customers to provide suitable banking options • Have an innovative approach to your role, always seeking ways to make improvements or suggestions to create better solutions. • You will need to show us that you can work effectively as part of a team. • Take responsibility for your work and follow through on commitments. What you Will Bring: • Evidence of excellent customer relationship skills, ability to engage with customers and represent AIB with expertise. • Is passionate about delivering the best possible experience to our customers. • ​​Works co-operatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives. • Fulfils customer requests, resolves problems, and responds to customers’ questions through multiple channels. • APA/ QFA is desirable but there is opportunity to achieve your qualification as part of this role if not already held.
