Position: Protective Services Senior Manager SOC Lead Location: Dublin The Security Operations Center (SOC) Lead - Senior Manager will manage Dublin’s SOC, and is responsible for ensuring excellence across the three core ASOC pillars: Threat Monitoring, Building Monitoring & Alarms, and ASOC Calls. In this role, the SOC Lead - Senior Manager will manage a team focusing on and responding to complex, high‑impact incidents affecting Accenture employees, travelers, facilities, and business operations globally. Incidents may include extreme weather, geopolitical instability, crime, terrorism, civil unrest, medical and personnel emergencies, and travel‑related disruptions. The SOC Senior Manager ensures incidents are properly assessed, escalated, coordinated, and communicated in alignment with the GP&S Escalation Model and SOC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Additionally, this role will be a part of the Global Security Operations Centers Leadership team and will drive SOP consistency, be a thought partner on simplifying processes and collaboration with the other SOC Leads. This role will be based in Dublin, Ireland. Responsibilities/Accountabilities: • Support the buildout of the SOC and manage the recruitment phases. • Provide senior leadership and expertise across all aspects of Accenture to monitor threats from terrorism and criminal matters, perform impact analysis and report to key decision makers and stakeholders. • Lead a team to develop, assess, and execute new initiatives to simplify, standardize and optimize threat monitoring operations methods and tools to reduce analysis and reporting times and increase security, availability, service agility, and across corporate security team • Lead and drive the development of innovative threat reporting operations processes and tools from concept to delivery with a focus on the latest innovations, virtualization, and big data. • Lead with kindness and prioritize the development of the SOC team to ensure leadership growth and promotion potential. • Set clear priorities within the SOC to assist the department and company in its overall objectives. • Provide leadership to manage demands from projects and technology upgrades, including recommendations for vendor tools/solutions. • Oversee SOC operations including, staffing, budgeting, planning, implementation, maintenance, administration, projects and logistics. • Keen understanding of budgets and financials and measuring business value via leading- edge metrics. • Support adoption of new technologies and tools, and recommend capability improvements to threat analysis and reporting operations. • Develop strategic roadmaps to ensure security communications goals are met. • Oversee the shift supervisors’ daily operations of the SOC, to include training, scheduling, performance, career development, leadership briefings, etc. • Conduct training and tabletop exercises as necessary for SOC operators to improve on SOC protocols, operator proficiency and readiness. • Demonstrate expertise developing guidance procedures, review processes and workflows to create efficiencies. • Liaise, notify, assist, and direct external emergency personnel and internal resources as necessary. • This position requires schedule flexibility. Candidate must be willing to observe, coach and communicate with all shifts, and on weekends and holidays as necessary • Perform other tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as assigned Job Requirements: · Ability to work outside of business hours on short notice during critical events to include, nights, weekends, and or holidays.
