Setting our people up for success is a priority, and we are currently recruiting Business Analytics Consultants whose skills and interests align with the below description: Business Analytics Consultant • This Consultant is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights through a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis. This role supports comprehensive research, statistical analysis, and data management to inform business decisions and drive value across the organization. The position also offers opportunities for specialization in specific business areas or advanced analytical techniques. By leveraging strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail, this professional plays a crucial role in enabling data-driven decision-making and supporting organizational growth. A successful candidate would possess these skills: • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships • Ability to lead projects or workstreams • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor • Ability to meet deadlines • Ability to provide clear guidance to others The team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services practice serves government agencies, higher education institutions, nonprofit organizations, and other public sector organizations. Teams work across strategy, operations, technology, and transformation efforts to help clients improve mission outcomes and organizational performance. Professionals in the practice have opportunities to build specialized experience while working in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Qualifications Required: • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Summer 2027 or have completed a Master’s or higher in Analytics, Business Administration, Data Science, Public Administration, Public Policy, Statistics or a related/equivalent program • Strong academic track record (3.3 cumulative GPA required) • You must reside within a commutable distance (e.g. 100-mile radius) of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. • Two or more years full-time work experience • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment. Preferred: • 3.5 cumulative GPA preferred • Internship, project, coursework or work experience in business, analytics, data science, public administration, public policy, or statistics. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $100,000 to $110,000.
