What is the opportunity? This is an opportunity to join a leading Leveraged Finance team within Specialist Banking at Bank of Ireland. You will work at the centre of international corporate banking, managing leveraged acquisition finance clients across Europe and beyond. The role offers broad exposure to complex transactions, private equity sponsors, and syndicated markets. In this role, you will: • Manage a portfolio of leveraged finance clients, supporting all aspects of credit and relationship management post transaction • Prepare and deliver credit papers and reviews, using detailed financial and non?'financial analysis to support decision-making • Lead portfolio relationship management across bilateral, club and syndicated deals, ensuring alignment with best practice and regulatory standards • Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, sponsors, advisers and syndicate banks • Contribute to wider business priorities, projects, and initiatives to support the growth and development of the team What will make you stand out? More about the team The Corporate Banking Leveraged Finance team sits within Specialist Banking and operates across key financial centres including Dublin, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Madrid, Stamford and Chicago. The team originates and supports acquisition finance solutions for private equity clients operating across European and US markets. This role is part of the Portfolio Management team based in Dublin, with responsibility for managing transactions post closing. You will join a collaborative and supportive team that values knowledge sharing, professional growth, and developing long?'term client relationships. This is a hybrid role, based primarily at Baggot Plaza, Dublin. We typically ask colleagues to spend a minimum of 8 days per month working in person to support collaboration and connection.
